:: Comprehensive design involves a fee based on size of project and amount of
    detail and consultation required for development

:: Begins with measuring the site and taking digital photographs
    A plat is required to determine property lines and confirm location of existing
    structures and /or features

:: Design will be developed to scale, including existing features/structures in two
    or three dimensions
